You will need to do the following: wash the area around the fibroma with water and soap. You can also soak a cotton ball in clean water and hold it on the fibroid for 15 minutes. Then use another cotton ball and soak it in the apple cider vinegar. Squeeze the excess out. Apply this cotton ball topically on the fibroid and fix it with a band aid. Leave it to work for 15 minutes and then wash the area with cold water.

Iterate this procedure 3 times a day for 1 week. The fibroid will turn darker and darker. Then a crust will be created which eventually will fall off. Keep in mind that fibroma will probably leave a scar if it is too big or too deep. In this case you should apply calendula or aloe vera gel on the spot where the scar has occurred.
